    1. Complete all requirements for acquiring permits.

    1. Preparing the project for the System Built Design.
  7. 7. System Built Design Built
    1. Construction of the System Built Design at the factory.
  8. 8. Delivery of System Built Design
    1. Coordinate transportation and staging of the modules.
  9. 9. Installation of System Built Design
    1. Coordinate crane operator and our installation crews.
  10. 10. Interior/Exterior Finishes
    1. Flooring, painting, garages, flat work, landscaping, fencing.
  11. 11. Certificate of Occupancy
    1. System Built Design can now be occupied.
