I appreciate this opportunity to present you with some information about myself. I have been in the business for thirty years, and I would be interested in discussing the various aspects of the industry I have successfully worked in.

In 1998, I relocated to California to help start a modular manufacturing plant in Chino, California. Once the project was completed, I decided to start a modular, mobile, and RV service company of my own. This company performs new home warranty services from the ground up. It is geared for volume, averaging 60-70 work orders per week. We have individuals positioned throughout California. We also have the capability to provide both a timely and fast response to all requested repairs.

We are currently in a building and growing mode. This company started with one person and has now expanded to over 20 employees. We cover areas from San Diego to Paso Robles.

* Please note there is a 2 hour minimum on all work orders.
* Our rates are currently $45/hour for labor and $20/hour
   driving time with mileage at $.65/mile.

We also have our own call center and groups which are managed very closely. Within seven days the unit will be scheduled for work depending upon part availability. We have 7000 square feet of warehouse space where parts are accepted and then dispersed. We are a very strong team. Our trucks and trailers are well maintained and presentable at all times.
